Electric Forest has built its reputation as one of the most immersive camping festivals in North America, and this year’s edition once again proved why. Across four full days of music, art, and interactive experiences, the festival transformed into a world that constantly rewarded exploration. Whether attendees were chasing surprise sets, wandering through illuminated art installations, or discovering hidden corners of the forest after dark, there was always something happening beyond the schedule.
The lineup delivered standout performances throughout the weekend from artists including GRiZ, Excision, Chris Lake, DJ Diesel b2b T-Pain, LSDREAM, and countless others. One of the festival’s biggest highlights came from its surprise performances, with unexpected appearances from Illenium, Levity, and additional pop-up sets creating unforgettable moments for those lucky enough to stumble upon them. GRiZ’s long-awaited return also became one of the defining moments of the weekend, with the hometown favorite delivering two unforgettable performances.
Every corner of the Forest offered something new to discover. Massive art installations, interactive exhibits, performers roaming throughout the grounds, and hidden pathways encouraged attendees to slow down and explore rather than simply rush between stages. Even after years of attending festivals, Electric Forest still manages to create moments that feel genuinely surprising.
Beyond the music, Electric Forest continued to offer one of the most activity-filled camping experiences in the festival scene. The Brainery hosted an extensive lineup of workshops, discussions, and creative programming throughout the weekend, while the water park gave attendees a unique way to cool off during the day before heading back into the festival. Late-night entertainment remained just as lively, with the silent disco drawing crowds well into the early morning hours after the main stages had closed.
The sense of community remained one of Electric Forest’s greatest strengths. From neighbors helping each other around camp to strangers exchanging gifts and compliments throughout the venue, the atmosphere consistently reflected the welcoming culture the festival has become known for. Even with tens of thousands of attendees, the experience rarely felt overwhelming thanks to the kindness and positivity shared across the grounds.
For Good Life campers, the upgraded accommodations significantly elevated the overall experience. Spacious campsites made settling in far more comfortable than at many other camping festivals, while 24-hour showers, dedicated concierges, and reliable power stations added conveniences that proved well worth the upgrade after long days and even longer nights.
Food options were plentiful across the venue, with vendors serving everything from festival classics to international cuisine. The daily happy hour, where discounted food and drinks from 2-6 p.m. helped attendees stretch their budgets while encouraging everyone to slow down and recharge before another night of music.
Even Mother Nature couldn’t completely derail the weekend. Severe weather forced the festival to temporarily close one evening for safety, but once conditions improved, the Electric Forest team worked quickly to reopen the grounds at approximately 1:45 a.m. Rather than ending the night early, attendees returned to the forest with renewed energy, making the late-night reopening feel like another memorable chapter of the weekend.
By the end of four days, attendees left with sore feet, little sleep, and countless stories from a weekend that extended far beyond its lineup. Electric Forest continues to stand apart because it isn’t simply a collection of stages and artists. It’s a place where music, creativity, community, and exploration all exist together, making every walk through Electric Forest feel like an adventure waiting to unfold.
