For lighter periods, these comfy panties are an excellent alternative to pads and tampons! They provide extra protection and comfort during your menstrual cycle, for light incontinence, and during postpartum recovery. They’re also a nice option to wear to bed to help prevent nighttime leaks from staining your sheets.

For heavier days, pair these panties with your usual cup, tampons, or pads. They provide three layers of protection including a leak-proof lining.

Hip Readers are big fans of the period panties…

I use these, and they have been a lifesaver. I have never leaked through them and they clean up very well. I bought some for my daughter for when she gets her period.

I bought these the last time you posted about them. So glad I did! I still wear a pad with them, but they help at night if things shift or bunch. I don’t find them uncomfortable at all. Thanks, HIp2Save!

I bought these the last time you posted a deal on them, so I’ve only worn them for one cycle, but I will be purchasing another set. I still wear them with a pad, but they just feel so much more supportive than regular underwear for that time of the month. Agree with the comments about being great at night also. I sized up one size from my usual size, and they’re perfect. Allows for shrinkage in the wash too.
