New York producer Will Sass has been quietly racking up impressive stats over the past year: two Billboard Dance Top 10 entries and a pair of #1 records at Dance Radio. Now he’s channeling that momentum into “Electronik,” his second EP arriving dropping today. The project captures an artist hitting his stride, packaging recent releases alongside fresh material that points toward his next phase.
The EP’s seven core tracks showcase legitimate collaborative depth. “Love Bug” with UK duo Piri & Tommy leans into euphoric energy, while “Runaway” featuring Grammy-nominated vocalist Alexis Roberts explores darker, more cinematic territory. Kamille, the hitmaker behind tracks for Little Mix and Jess Glynne, appears on “Happiness,” and Malou brings her touch to “What If It Takes You Away.” Each collaboration feels intentional rather than opportunistic, built on actual creative chemistry.
Lead single “Miss Me When I’m Gone” sits at the project’s emotional center. Written following a relationship’s end, the track pairs echoing piano lines with restrained vocals over a patient house arrangement. It’s personal without being heavy-handed, proof that Sass understands how to translate genuine emotion into club-functional form.
Sass smartly extends the EP beyond its core tracks with club-focused reworks and remixes. The 2AM mixes and Pat Lok’s “Out Your Head” remix aren’t tacked-on extras but purposeful alternate versions reflecting his feel for what works behind the decks and in the studio.
