QuantumScape, Volkswagen’s battery-making unit hammer a new deal in ‘solid state’ quest

QuantumScape Corp. said Thursday it has inked a deal with Volkswagen Group’s PowerCo. aimed to mass produce electric-vehicle battery cells based on QuatumScape “solid state” battery technology.
