These are awesome kitchen scissors. They are very heavy in the hand and feel ergonomic. I can’t post a picture of how sharp they are, but they are indeed quite sharp. They are pricey but definitely high quality. These have already made several little tasks much easier!
I discovered herb scissors at my son’s house at Thanksgiving. I’ve always had a “thing” for efficient kitchen tools and immediately knew I needed some. We use a lot of cilantro and rosemary (not together!) from our garden and these multi-blade scissors make short work of cutting them up without bruising them. For herbs on a thick stem (some of the rosemary) you will want to remove the stem first. They come with a small plastic implement to safely clean the blades. Definitely recommend as a kitchen essential for cooks who use fresh herbs.
