A 47-year-old man was stabbed to death in a Brooklyn apartment and his girlfriend was taken into custody, police said Monday.
The victim was stabbed once in the upper body inside an apartment on Melrose St. near Evergreen Ave. in Bushwick about 4:15 p.m. Sunday, cops said.
Medics rushed him to Woodhull Hospital, where he later died. His name was not immediately released.
His 29-year-old girlfriend is being questioned by cops but has not yet been charged, police said.
Police said the knife used in the murder was found in the kitchen.
